We were kicked off for spamming. We sent information about a party which we were having and only to some. No warning given just kicked off. Had a year membership. This site sucks.

Just left there will not be renewing our subscription Way too much big brother stuff going on there.

Stay away from this site! There are better ones out there. They have a lot of nit-picky rules that other swing sites don't have! They accuse people of "spamming" when they're not spamming and suspend their profile for weeks when they're longtime paying members for close to a decade. Spammers are often automated services that are sent by fake users. Longtime members who have over a dozen positive certifications from other members proving we're "real" and well-liked by other swingers are not "spammers"!

If you like 1990's this is your website. Ancient interface. More bugs than an ant hill... Don't criticize the web site, they'll block your access. Many better sites out there. These people need to go out of business. No email. LOL NO FREAKIN EMAIL. The system they had was worthless. They deleted the email you have even if paid lifetime members. Message system is worthless. Never fix problems. EVER. They don't listen to their users. They don't care about their users just about $$ Totally worthless. Don't give them any money. Better sites out there.

The site is crap. Have been a paying member for a few years and the site has majorly gone down hill. Their ruse on implementing all the "personal safety"restrictions is just a money grab. Way better sites out there with some nice perks to encourage you to become a paying member! Avoid this site!

Video chat is terrible, users that are not at all appealing or in line with your interests chat bomb you and if you mistakenly answer its usually a creepy guy with many missing teeth. Video chat is a horrible feature. SLS has no email (which used to work perfect but they deleted the feature) . Instant messenger barely works and people dont get the messages for days. There are NO good looking single women, just chubby trolls with insane ego problems and all the hot single female profiles are men using pics from snap chat and instagram. The few good looking couples that contacted us had bizarre and disturbing fetishes not indicated in the profile. Save your money

Nothing works. They have no email anymore it was discontinued. Instant messenger works maybe once in 50 tries. Customer support is horrible and refuses to acknowledge issues. The few people that do reply on the odd chance are NOT what their pictures look like! If you arent part of a specific group, you will be ignored by 80% of the members and nobody will even talk to you without other members approval. Save your money, go to ANY other site.

Don't use them. Swing Lifestyle is an antiquated system. Pictures are hard to see, the profile arrangement is junk, there is no up-to-the-moment updates and they READ YOUR PRIVATE MESSAGES and if they read something they do not like, they will "off-line" your profile. Fellow swingers, please use another website. There are other far superior sites to choose from. My absolute favorite is kasidie.com and SwingTowns.com. Both are excellent. Kasidie is very similar to Facebook with instant updates and contacts. It makes Swing Lifestyle look like something from the stone age. The bottom line here is, if you are serious about meeting swingers, do you want to spend your money on a caveman site that snoops in your mail or a site that offers maximum results for your buck? Being an active swinger, I have met the Swing Lifestyle owners and I personally do not like their arrogance but that is only my opinion however it does shine light on the type of management we are reviewing. And should you question my credentials, I am not associated with any website. I am a real swinger listed on many websites. I know which ones work and which ones don't. I am well experienced in the ways Swing Lifestyle has treated my friends and me in the past and I will do what ever it takes to enlighten others and help them not make the same mistake we did. Banned me for a conversation in a chat room. Had a lifetime membership, No recourse just SOOL Zero tolerance policy, Blahblahblah took my membership away No appeal allowed.

SLS customer service is hostile, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Several lifetime or paid members have brought issues to the attention of tech support - with the goal of improving the community. Tech support response was to say that if we are unhappy, they would assist us in deleting our profiles. The site "upgrade" has not done anything to enhance the user experience. Known bugs have been ignored. If a non-paying user harasses a user in chat, there is no way to escape the abuse. Ignore only lasts as long as the non-paid user's session. The trolls will simply log out and log back again so that they are no longer on iggy. The enforcement of terms of service is arbitrary and only selectively enforced. Many paid members have had their account status changed without any good reason. Couples profiles changed to single males because the site administrator just decided to do so or in retaliation for complaints about poor functionality or security breaches. People have in fact had their profiles deleted entirely for posting about security breaches. Over the last few months it has gotten worse and worse. Random crashes, getting booted out of chat or logged out for no discernible reason, cams never consistently load in the video chat rooms. Blocked member types are able to access profiles that they shouldn't be able to see. Reports of this on the site upgrade forum just get deleted with no response and no effort to investigate or fix it. Seems like they just want to erase the evidence of how dissatisfied their paying members actually are so that new free members can't see that it's not worth it to pay to use the site.
