Singles Crowd is an online dating site for meeting singles in your area. There is no fee to register for an account but to contact other members you will need to upgrade to a paid membership.

The site is operated by The Dating Factory, which is known for running other dating sites, so you will find some top notch communication features. Unfortunately though when doing a search we found quite a few scammers, making those top notch features not usable. 

SinglesCrowd.com has a lot of potential but unfortuantely until they clean up their site and have better site moderation then it's best to see who is in your area prior to upgrading to a paid membership.
