Unfortunately if I could leave 0 stars I would! After reading on their terms and conditions that you would be issued a full refund if you cancelled within 14 days and did not use the app, I tried to cancel after 24 hours due to financial reasons. I was then charged £65 for "using" the services. I did not use the services at all, instead received an email from them, that they sent with a 'detailed psychological report' (a load of tosh if I'm honest). This is what they charged me for, and apparently this was me "using the app". Terms and conditions completely contradicts what they do. So many loop holes to get money out of you. Really wouldn't recommend. Feels horrible to have a multi million dollar company steal money from you.

i signed up for eharmony for three month special when i contacted them to stop my membership. All of a sudden i had a 12 month membership. I said i have no hits it doesn't work . I was told by there team to change my answers on the question part. So Lie to get date on this site great what you want to base a relationship on. RUN from this
