SawYouAtSinai is a Jewish match making site. Signing up for a profile involves completing a comprehensive questionnaire involving your lifestyle, interests and most thoroughly your religious background. When signing up you must include the names of two references, with one being a rabbi.

Upon signup, two matchmakers are selected for you.  Once they get to know you through email and phone calls, they select up to seven matches a week for you to view. Without being able to view other profiles on your own, it’s hard to know how many members are in your area which is a negative. But with such a thorough sign up process, you can be sure that the matches selected for you are serious about finding someone and have gone through the screening process.

This process we find was a bit time consuming and somewhat took the fun out of being able to look through profiles to find your own match however if you have the time to go through the process and don't mind the blind date setup method then maybe this site is for you.
