Customer support DOES NOT EXIST! I setup my account, received the welcome email and have not been able to login. CS- emails are not returned and the phone number goes absolutely nowhere- white noise. Waste of time and money!

Biker planet is a scam. All I get is hundreds of emails from other sites, and fake flirts from other sites. Members all seem to be online two weeks ago. It's a crappy site, a scam Be interesting to know how many people have actually met a real person on here. Totally a waste of time and money. I'm going riding, fck this.

After 3 days, I wanted to cancel, because I reached to a lot of people and the ones that responded were fake profiles, and the good ones were sooo far away… I LIVE IN MIAMI…… there is NOBODY IN MIAMI..!!!! I wrote to customer services before I canceled because It mas imposible to add pics or fully complete my profile…. And SO FAR NO ANSWER….!!!!

I have not been on this site for very long but since being on it it's hard to log in and when you do log in and try to speak to other people when trying to send messages they never get them what is up with that I paid good money to be on this site and I think it's unfair that you can't use this in proper

I paid for a subscription to biker planet about a month ago the expiration date was to be October 12, 2020. Yesterday I found out my subscription and profile deleted Aug 9, 2020 2 months and 2day short of the ending date of the subscription. I had a date scheduled but could not complete because of the communication break. Way to go Bikerplant you really screwed up. You deleted my current profile and left a profile of mine on line that was from 10 years ago. It is pretty obvious many of the profiles on Bikerplant are not current. My 20 year old profile is on there still after they decided my current profile that wasn't do to end till Oct 12, 2020. I am not happy about this at all, I want this matter taken care of. I would like to call but as phone number for Bikerplant , very poor way to business Bikerplant.

Went through the time and trouble of creating a profile filled with info. After which I discovered that unless you are going to pay up to $100/year (way more per month if you go short term) for a "premium membership" many of the "free features" are completely useless. You can't read any site messages/emails or respond to them. That was as far as I got before I decided to cannibalize my profile that took me several hours to complete... yet I still get messages stating "I like your profile" many months after. Some seem to be from a genuine person but too many are obvious bots. I get that it costs money to run a website like this but it would be nice to know that key and critical "features" aren't available to a "regular" account holder. Example: You can search and get returns for your preferences/perimeters ...BUT.... you can not see or read those profiles. Why bother wasting server space that way? Well ... I know "why", I'm just saying. Also, I've read way too many horror stories, elsewhere, about others continuously having their CC charged for membership fees when they've jumped the hoops laid out to cancel or close their membership. Can't recommend and won't recommend. Again, I wouldn't mind paying but they want way too much when there are many other dating sites (Like POF) that don't charge. Yeah, annoying ads BUT still free to use ALL features. I'm actually still trying to figure out how to close my account and delete my profile. I'm sure it has something to do with having to email CS. Ya, right. Why can't I simply delete it? Bullshit.

Been on there for a month. Didn't seem to get many responses until I decided to cancel my account even though I had two weeks left then all the sudden I start getting hits which is a little suspicious. In fact the first girl had a very genuine looking profile but I thought it was a little odd that she was kinda pushing me towards extending my membership plan for a lower rate that she said she had got herself. Then when I didn't extend right away she dropped contact even after we had agreed to meet when i came home on vacation again might be nothing but sure was suspicious. Then the day my membership was up all the sudden profiles that had not shown up on searches before stated contacting me and saying how cool my profile was even though it clearly states on my profile that I had gone back to regular status and could not respond to their emails they keep coming in, so I'm not sure the site is scamless.
