BiSexual Scene is a site helping bisexual singles meet. There is no fee to register and you can begin browsing through profiles once your registration is complete. 

The site has a clean design that made it easy to navigate through. There are useful search and communication features. Most of the communication features you will have to upgrade to a paid membership to use them, but it's worth trying out if you find members you want to communicate with.

My search for local members returned a good selection of men and women.

Overall BisexualScene.com was a great site that with lots to offer for bisexual singles.
